So mine do not look like Wendi's in the slightest. Mine are definitely lacking greatly in the beauty department, but not to toot my own horn, in the taste department I think they're holding their own. These cookies turned out so yummy! I definitely reccomend them to anyone looking for some simple and yummy cookie's to make this Christmas week.
Here's the recipe I got from Wendi's blog.
Preheat oven to 350*Cream 1 cup butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. 2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 cup chopped pecans. Roll into balls about the size of a small walnut. Bake for 12 15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
I actually didn't have pecans so I used walnuts and they came out just as delicious. Happy Baking!
