I am totally nerding it up, as my husband would say, right now. I have found a new love in the past two months, and I want to share. It is:Zumba is the most fun I have had working out ever! It is really just a time when you get to dance and have fun..Oh and of course sweat the pounds away. I feel like Zumba is a workout that doesn't really focus on losing weight. But loving the body you have and owning it. Being able to move and have fun is what Zumba is about. The inches that melt away are just a bonus. I have been doing it for about 2 months and I have lost about 7 pounds so far. I haven't really changed my eating habits dramatically. I am just trying to add more fruits and veggies and I have begun taking a multi vitamin. I am still in my same size pants, but I feel like they fit more comfortably. The biggest thing I have noticed is I feel like everything is firming up. My stamina is greater. When I first started Zumba I thought I was going to die because I was so out of breath, but now I can keep up and have become addicted to this awesome workout. If you get a chance to try it please do...I promise you will totally become addicted :> Most 24 fitness centers offer classes.
