Featured: Mother Day Ideas

Did you know that Mother's Day is this Sunday? Man it kind of snuck up on me. I am hosting Mother's Day dinner this year, for my family, which I am pretty darn excited about. I have been searching for recipes, to serve on that wonderful day, and have come up with a great plan. I hope so at least. I wanted to share the plan and feature some gift ideas.

Here is my dinner plan (Thank you Ree from Pioneer Woman. Her recipes are always amazing).

I am going to make THESE ribs
I am going to make my Blissful Dinner Rolls, because they are always a must for a family dinner.
We are going to have fresh corn on the cob, which is 3/$1.00 at Smith's right now.
Pioneer Woman Baked Beans- I am so excited for this one!

and I think for dessert I might do my Apple Crisp with vanilla ice cream. That sounds super yummy to me!

Now that the meal is planned out, here are some fun gift ideas for Mom's.

Itsy Btsy Paper has some fun wreaths, which I think I am going to make for gifts this mothers day.

What about this beautiful brooch from Peekadot? I want one :>
Too bad my kids aren't old enough to use a glue gun.
