Weekly Printable Meal Plan with Recipes #6

Photobucket
Good Morning Lovelies! I am a tad late getting this menu up. Downton Abbey was a 2 hour show last night and oh my goodness! Did you all see it? So good! I swear they keep me on the edge of my seat every week. I won't give out any spoilers, but if you haven't watched it or caught up, please do so. It is getting better and better every week:)

Now for the menu this week. You will find both the meal plan and the recipes in this post and in a printable format. Also consult your pantry list before shopping. Make sure to restock what is running low. This month we stocked up on our beans and grains. I shared a picture on instagram, when hubby did the shopping for me this month. We found 25 lb bags of beans for under $20 at the lds cannery. So make your grocery list and start saving money on your groceries this week!

  6. My new crock pot recipe for May was Pork Chalupas from Allrecipes.com. using a 4 lb roast and a pound of dry pinto beans. Took them to a house warming party where everyone loved them served with flour tortilla, a squeeze of lime and homemade picked onions had enough leftovers to take them to work for the girls and they ate them for 2 days. Versatile as you can serve it over rice make a soup of out of it and tweaked it to your liking. So far I am leaning towards a teriyaki/sw n sour beef and broccoli recipe I found in p interest for my June recipe.
