Hello Lovelies! This week One Direction helped me get this meal plan up and running. I think I had their CD playing over and over again as I organized and typed up all the recipes for this weeks meal plan. So this morning I am thankful for energetic music that keeps me going.
For this weeks meal plan, I have continued with the lunch and breakfast meal plans as well. If you are looking for some other breakfast and lunch ideas, you can check out my post of ideas here. We have hot dogs, spaghetti, pancakes, chili, and salsa chicken. All yummy recipes. I can't wait for you all to try them.
If you don't like this meal plan, I have more listed HERE.
Also this week's Blissful and Domestic's Facebook Exchange Topic is-
"I want to know what you guys do with picky eaters? How do you get those munchkins to take their bites and eat those veggies/fruits. Leave a comment and give your 2 cents:>"
Also I was on San Diego Living Well on Less on Friday. You can view the segment HERE.

ReplyDeleteHomemade mcmuffins.. Brilliant! Thanks for the meal plan. Salsa chicken is a favorite of mine, can't wait to make that. Nom!
ReplyDeleteMy oldest son(who is now 19) was my picky eater. If itwasnt'for cereal and chicken nuggets he would have starved. LOL. He would eat applesauce and so the deal was he would have apple sauce, but he had to eat 1 bite of a veggie for every year old he was. He did this with corn, carrots and peas, but green beans were a non starter. I have to say we don't have to do this any more. lol.
ReplyDeletePouring over your meal plans to find the last 2 days of my very first month long meal plan chanting to myself..."I can do this, I can do this I can do this!" Im even planning on making desserts (my family will be so surprised, desserts have never been my priority).
