Making Dinner- Homemade Butter - Tired Girl After Ballet Class - School Begins
Trying to Eat Healthy - Tea Party Invite (only the cool people get invited, or so I'm told) - Delicious Baking
We are getting things back in order around these parts. School is in full swing and our home is becoming a place of order (My OCD side is doing a happy dance to this tidbit). Isn't it amazing how getting back to your daily schedule just feels good? I know my children thrive as well, when we have things in order. Probably because a happy mama means a happy home and this mama is super, duper happy when things are rolling smoothly. Speaking of having things together, that brings up a reader's question.....you can leave your answer here or on the Blissful and Domestic Facebook page.
How do you guys and gals stay organized? You have families to feed, children to cart to school and extra curricular activities, what works for you? What helps you keep up with the family, cleaning, chores, school, etc and etc?
Leave your tips and tricks in the comment section below or on Facebook.
Girl I am the same way! I thrive on the schedule and organization. It just feels good and like you're getting things done. It's nice to have the break on the weekends, as well.
ReplyDeleteI'm not going to lie, I thought those were scrambled eggs lol :)
ReplyDeleteI thought the same thing!!!
DeleteI usually stay organized by writing all the things I have to do for the next day the night before. That way I can stay on track and finish everything I need to get done. :)

Lists, lists, and lists! Oh, and a crockpot! I'm a mother of an 11 month old, I work full time, and go to school. Certain chores get done certain days, I plan out my meals ahead so I know what we're eating and when, I try to prep/cook as much as I can ahead of time... I love using my crockpot on nights I work late, to give myself extra time to get stuff done around the house, or to do my favorite thing which is spending time with my daughter :)
ReplyDeleteYellow sticky notes everywhere! I have an app on my phone that is just a regular "To Do" list, but has alarms and keeps the items on the list every day until you get them crossed off. With all the activity at my house, I tend to forget the little things (ok some pretty big) and it helps keep me on point.
ReplyDeleteOh, I wish I was organized! Help please!
ReplyDelete(That little red-headed girl of yours couldn't be more adorable!!)
Usually I list down the works according to their priority. So it is easy for me to finish them quickly and never miss anything. Then it is easy to find more time to spend with my little one.
