Five Great Ways to Manage Your Time

Five Great Ways to Manage Your Time

One thing that has become a mini goal of mine this year is time management. I want to allow myself more time to create and be with that family of mine. To do this I have realized that I really need to learn to manage my time wisely, so I have less time wasted and more time spent on that family of mine. I have noticed that when I keep to these five tips for managing time, I am less stressed and frazzled at the end of the day (we all love when that happens right?) So enjoy this video and let me know what tips and tricks you have for managing time. I would love to hear them:)

  1. Thank you for sharing the time management video..It was great... I love to see , how others manage their time.. It helps to get tips.. I so agree, doing the 15 minute pickup.. helps so much.
My kids are grown and gone...so my house work is easier to maintain..but hey...hubby and I can mess up too.ha I try to always, take a few minutes before going to bed, and pick up the living room and kitchen.. Just putting up the little stuff, helps the next day go smoother ... and I try to never leave the dishes... Waking up to a dirty kitchen is all it takes to ruin my day.ha
Do you have a dish washer? Can't remember , when I saw the video tour of your home? BTY...love all the tours too.. so fun.
I appreciate your taking your time to do the video. Have a great week.

  2. Hey Danielle! I love the idea of the 15 minute clean up! I do daily sweeps through the house and tidy up myself, and the boys have their chores they do every morning.. but I am going to start doing the 15 minute timer and get the whole family involved! Love that.
One thing I do that helps start my day feeling immediately accomplished is make my bed. As soon as my feet hit the floor (even before running to the potty) I make my bed! Not *every morning*... But most every morning. It's small, but for me it helps!

  3. I am so going to pinch your 15 minute idea! I really don't like cleaning, and already have a rota to do a room a day and this would go really well with it!
Oh, and I love love love lists! I have lists nearly everyday!
